Our products are made from the highest quality wood and are processed and stored according to strict specifications. This is confirmed by the EnPlus A1 quality certificate.
Delivery
Transport
We deliver all our products directly to the door of each customer. Delivery to Western and Central Europe takes place within 2-3 days, to Central Italy in 4-5 days and to Southern Italy, Greece and the Middle East in 25-30 days. There are basically two delivery methods to choose from:
- Truck delivery (DAP) or
- Sea freight (FOB, CIF, DAT)
Packaging
The pellets are packed in 15 kg bags.
Our minimum order is a full load.
In a truck:
a) 24,150 kg: 23 pallets with 70 bags each
b) 22,425 kg: 23 pallets with 65 bags each
In a container:
a) 27,300 kg: 26 pallets with 70 bags each
b) 28,125 kg: 25 pallets with 75 bags each
The pellets are also packed in Big Bags with 1,000/1,200 kg per bag.
We also deliver bulk pellets (in containers, not in silo trucks).
RUF briquettes are packed in 10 kg bags.
In a truck:
21,120 kg: 22 pallets with 96 bags each
